We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for meeting/call, and 3-day cancellation policy for projects. Engagements (except for those that require travel arrangements) can be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours / 3 days before they are set to happen, otherwise full fee would be charged. The charge can only be waived if the other party has accepted the late cancellation.

You can cancel a scheduled call within the first 10 minutes of the call if you do not think they match your requirements and you will be matched with a suitable replacement.  A project would need to be cancelled within 24 hours of confirming the project, or at least 3 day ahead of the start of the project. Otherwise, it’s would require the other party to accept or deny the request.
